Traditional Turkish Bath consists of warm room, ladies’ and mixed hammam. It is open to individual use of hotel guests and also scrub and bubble massages are available inside upon request. Ice Fountain
It is used to cool the body after the sauna or steam room. Since it provides a smoother temperature transition in comparison with cold shower or pool, it is preferred by guests who do not like cold shocks. The process of cooling the body continues with applying the snow taken from the fountain first to arms and legs and then to the rest of the body. Rigid ice pieces creates a sense of numbness on the skin when applied to sweaty body. This is important to stimulate the skin, speed up the blood circulation and strengthen the immune system. Process lasts for 1-2 minutes. Adventure Showers
These are private shower cabins with natural stone looking interiors. Accompanied by different shower effects, light therapy, sound and music; adventure showers are used for recreational purposes in order to feel relieved and relax after leaving the sauna and steam room. Visual, tactile and olfactory senses are also addressed while cooling body heated during the sauna and steam bath and speeding up the blood circulation. Temperature adjustable body-shaped couches coated with special glass mosaics helps the body relax and rest. The body slowly begins to sweat as you lie on. Since the sweating is not rapid and intense as in the sauna and steam bath, the body doesn't feel fatigue.
