Wellness Pool

Never like the pools have you known. Has a massaging facility which makes you feel better as you swim along. The special water makes you feel wonderful and you never want to get out.

Steam Cabinet

The steam cabinet has aromas and color therapy , while the water vapor touches your skin refreshing your city life tired skin and making it breathe again. No need to hesitate. No one sees each other inside.

Mud Cabinet

You don’t need to go far away to have a mud bath. Your skin is covered with mud in special cabinets, passes through with the help of high temperature.The effect of aging is washed through with pressured water.

Turkish Bath

A hundred years’ tradition ; with its heated marble platform to lay on ( gobek tasi ); bubble massage, rubbing and steam bath . two Turkish baths and a rest room called iliklik ( warming ) . get well wşth our rich culture and get refreshed.

Sauna

Choose between Finnish sauna and bio sauna. Saunas with windows of nature view which balance the water and toxins in your body by losing sweat.

Ice Tap

Like a shock pool and even better. Takes away all the pain and aches. Especially after the Turkish bats and saunas, is there a better way than cooling with ice?

Special Experience Cabins
	Traditional Turkish Bath Warm room, ladies bath , mixed hammam with rubbing rooms and massage rooms. Mixed hammam & kurna ( tube) , ladies bath 4 kurna ( tube)

	Rasul Cabinet A combination of dry bath water bath made as putting on mud. The temperature begins from 38º’and rises to 46/50º. The humidity of the environment rises to 80%. Various treatment muds or seaweeds are used. The mud cleanses the skin, peels the dead skin and fastens blood circulation. It is recommended to apply for 30 minutes sessions, 2-3 times a week. A rest should be taken after the session. The cabinet is equipped with mist spray, small rain and hard rain facilities.

	Finnish Sauna Equipped with classic sauna woods (Finnish PİNE Tree Wood – redwood), atmosphere has a temperature of 90 – 110°C , %10-25 humidity , dry baths. Most significant speciation of ALIVA SPA Finnish Sauna is the large window with a panoramic view to the garden

	Bio Sauna Temperature around 50°C , preferred mostly by the people feeling uncomfortable with the sauna and steam room blood circulation effects, with a humidity of %50 - %60 , a milder sauna atmosphere. Enriched by aromatherapy, color therapy and musical meditations therapies.

	Aromatherapy & Cromatherapy Steam Rooms Steam bath is a tradition of centuries, just like the sauna up to ancient Rome. The temperature in steam bath is 45°C-48°C’, with humidity %80-%100 .advised to use in 20 minutes sessions, 2-3 times a week . enriched with aromatherapy, color and music therapies. The steam rooms have positive effects on respiratory diseases. Fastens the blood circulation and the metabolism, cleanses the skin.

	Finnish Bath In this private 2 people steam room, the temperature varies between 45-55 degrees, while the humidity is around %100’dur. A 20 minute session in the steam room before the message and treatments, will help you relax all your muscles and get rid of the stress.

	Ice Tap Used after the sauna and steam room , to cool the body. A milder temperature transition compared to cold shower or pool , thus preferred by the non linkers of these shocks. Cooling process starts with the snow from the tap put firstly on the arms and legs, and later to the rest of the body. Hard blocks of ice is put on the sweating body to create a sense of anesthesia ion the skin. This process is quite important to renovate the skin, to fasten the blood circulation and strengthen the immune system . the temperature varies between 2º-12º. Period of using is 1-2 minutes.

	Adventure Showers 2 shower cabinets with a natural stone interior decoration. After the sauna and bath, used for refreshing and relaxing, with various shower effects, sound therapies, sound and music, used for fun and adventure. To fresh the body warming in sauna and steam bath, and to fasten the blood circulation, they also motivate the sight, touching, and smelling senses. The cold mist, tropic rain and storm rain effects are used by pushing the buttons. Each effect has its unique smell, color, water pressure and temperature.

	Shock Shower Natural shock effect by the shock bucket made of KAMBALA tree…

	Tepiderium Specially designed beds, temperatures may be controlled with the equipments on their controls, covered with special glass mosaics helping the body relax and refresh. The body starts to sweat gradually as you lay down. The seating is not fast and dense as in the sauna and steam bath, therefore the body is not tired . however, the blood circulations slows down , therefore it is preferred after the sauna and steam bath for relaxing. It is a great pleasure to sleep on these couches.
